Getting Older Doesn't Have to Mean Feeling Older!

Say goodbye to chronic pain...

Just because you are 60+, it doesn’t mean you should be suffering from chronic pain.

Targeted exercises and stretches can relieve pain and enable you to lead an active life. This can slow the aging process and help relieve other signs of aging.

Massage, Stretching, and most of all Tai Chi, have all been proven to help slow the effects of aging and help your body come back from injury.  The key is consistence.

relief for chronic pain through massage

I started learning Tai Chi in my twenties but didn't take it seriously until I suffered several cracked bones.  Now after  years of serious practice,  I can confidently say I feel better in my early thirties than I did in my early twenties.

There's a reason the Chen masters are comparatively spry in their 70s and 80s, and that reason is they take care of themselves.  With Tai Chi, massage, and stretching, it's possible for you to do the same.

Make sure you eat right and stay active.  Think of it like Newton's third law.  An object in motion will stay in motion.  If you stay active you'll have the ability to remain active for many more years.
